You will gain the skills you need to be an active participant in your birth. You will know exactly how to open your pelvis at each of the 3 levels to help birth progress faster and more easily depending on where baby is.

You’ll also learn actionable tools to help regulate your nervous system and your birth partner’s so you can experience birth in a united, flow state. Plus you’ll learn game-changing hands-on tools for your partner to use during the birth to help with both progress and comfort.

Learn how to open your pelvis

Practice moving your pelvis in all 3 levels and controlling it intentionally so you know exactly how to open it in ways that work for your body wherever baby is.

Create muscle - brain connections

Make sure your brain is ready to recall EXACTLY how to open the pelvis on each level, on-demand, so even through the unknowns of birth, you have a plan on exactly what to do.

Get your partner ready

Practice hands-on techniques with your partner and ensure the get they get the science too so they’re ready to support you to stay comfortable as you progress in labor.

Prevent common birth injuries

Most people are instructed to give birth in positions that actually close the bottom of the pelvis. This means harder pushing, increased risk of tearing, pelvic floor injury, and incontinence. Learn to ensure the bottom of your pelvis is open when it’s time to push to minimize injury.

If you’re ready to empower yourself to be an active part of birthing your baby…

“ I have been studying the Body Ready Method™ with exercise physiologist, doula, and birth educator Lindsay McCoy, along with an international cohort of professional birth workers since 2021, exploring the science of birth physiology, deepening my knowledge and understanding of preparing the body for birth, and improving my support skills throughout the birthing process. I am so excited to share these tools and skills with you (and your partner!) with this paradigm-shifting program.”
